Gain access to the Nordic trails this winter with our new Nordic Season Pass! Planning a shorter visit? Snag your day ticket today. Get your day tickets and passes online or in person at The Nordic Center. 26/27 All Season Passholders are able to access all Nordic trails for free! Simply have your pass on you.
Prices do not include taxes or Civic Assessment Fee. All rental prices include a Day Pass.
Explore our miles of groomed nordic skiing nestled at the base of the mountain. Our regular grooming program (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings) ensures multiple kilometers of optimal terrain throughout the season. All Season Passholders get free access to the nordic trails, non-passholders must purchase a $15 day ticket at The Nordic Center.
What is Nordic Skiing?
Nordic skiing, also known as cross-country skiing, is a style of skiing that is less about vertical and more about groomed paths and gentle inclines and declines. There are two main disciplines or nordic skiing: Classic Nordic Skiing and Skate Skiing. Classic skiing is where you ski in a set of pre-set tracks as you glide over the snow. Skate Skiing is a different movement where you push out with each step to create a faster pace. Visit our trails located behind the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, rentals are available for both disciplines in our Nordic Center which is underneath the Lodge at Osprey Meadows.

Package includes, cross country skis, trail ticket, boots, and poles — Available at the Nordic Center located in The Lodge at Osprey Meadows. A ticket or 26/27 All Season Pass is required to use the trail system.
Explore vast terrain in the meadows at Tamarack. Snowshoe through 24k of designated trails varying from wide open views of lake Cascade to dense forests full of wildlife. Whether you’re adventuring alone or the whole family is heading out, grab your rentals or bring your own and enjoy our winter wonderland.

Snowshoe rentals are available at The Nordic Center under the Lodge at Osprey Meadows. Trail access starts there as well, rentals are first come first served.
The under pressurized tires with thick tread provide plenty of traction in snow, making it easy to climb the gentle hills. Exploring the woods on a fat bike is an exciting and unique way to experience Tamarack’s winter wonderland. Rentals are available at the Nordic Center located in the Lodge at Osprey Meadows. Please call 208.325.1458 to inquire about fat bike rentals.
