Associate Broker & Vice President of Real Estate, Tamarack Resident

Dawn has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate market with specific expertise in residential sales & marketing and investment sales. She specializes in analyzing and providing data and market trends, which gives her clients the edge needed to be successful. Her concierge-level attention to detail makes sure her clients’ transactions go as smooth as possible. Dawn and her family are happy to call Tamarack Resort their home.

Brian Hurley

New Development Sales Director, Tamarack Resident

Though Brian has held his license since 2004, real estate did not become his primary profession until 2011 when he became a partner of an international real estate firm in Boston. Prior to real estate, Brian was a copywriter in New York for a prominent advertising agency. The client management skills acquired on Madison Ave have been valuable enabling Brian to successfully guide hundreds of buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction process. Since joining the Tamarack Realty team, Brian has made Tamarack Resort his home and enjoys helping his neighbors achieve their real estate goals. Brian is on the Board of the Tamarack Ski Team and tries to get on the mountain any chance he gets.

Sophia Giles

New Development Sales Associate

Sophia is an Idaho Native who grew up in Eagle, Idaho. Her love for the outdoors and mountain sports inspired her to move 90 miles north to live among the West Mountains where Tamarack Resort is located. You will find her on the slopes doing flips on her snowboard in the winter and surfing on the lake in the summer. She discovered her love and passion for real estate during her search for her own mountain getaway. She has always said that Tamarack Resort is an adventure enthusiast’s paradise.

George Transtrum

Resales Sales Associate & Associate Broker, Tamarack Resident

George brings a wealth of knowledge to Tamarack Realty, with over 40 years in the real estate, construction, and development industries. George began his career as a builder and grew that career to include real estate development and sales. He has owned and operated his own construction and development company as well as real estate brokerages in Idaho and Arizona. George’s affiliation with Tamarack began in the early days of 2005, when his construction company became one of the resort’s Preferred Building Partners. As a Preferred Partner, George helped homeowners design and build their custom dream homes in Tamarack. During those years, he also owned a real estate brokerage offering services to buyers and sellers at Tamarack Resort and throughout Valley County.

Haden Tanner

Resales Sales Associate & Associate Broker

Haden has an accomplished 18-year career in real estate and has represented both buyers and sellers in Valley County since 2005. Haden is also among the few real estate professionals in Idaho who have earned the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation as well as the ePro designation. Prior to joining Tamarack Realty, Haden was the Idaho Designated Broker for Vacasa Real Estate, a position he’s held since 2019. Haden is a Boise State University graduate with a degree in History and Secondary Education. Haden enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves mountain biking, hiking, fishing, camping, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, white water rafting, swimming, boating, surfing, wakeboarding, flying, and spending time with family and friends. Haden comes from a family with diverse real estate backgrounds including development, construction, sales, title, and escrow; he truly understands all aspects of real estate with a focus on resort properties.

Natasha Kempthorne

Office & Transaction Manager

Before Natasha began working in real estate, she managed a number of Marriott Hotels for several years and owned her own digital marketing firm for several more. She developed an extensive understanding of hospitality, which she offers to each of the clients she works with. She keeps the team organized and each transaction moving forward smoothly. You'll likely see her and her family up on the mountain hiking, biking, and skiing along with you.

Administrative Assistant

An Idaho resident of 10+ years, Toni has enjoyed working at Tamarack Resort in a variety of roles including childcare, hospitality, and lodging. She believes the best aspects of being a part of the team are access to year-round outdoor adventures and the opportunities Tamarack provides for working families. Throughout the summer months, Toni enjoys being on the lake and whitewater rafting Idaho’s wild and scenic rivers with her husband and three children. During the winter months, you’ll see her on the slopes having adventures with family and friends

Scott Turlington

Tamarack Resort President, Broker Tamarack Realty, Tamarack Resident

Scott is the President of Tamarack Resort and the Designated Broker for Tamarack Realty. Scott oversees all resort operations, including the development and sales of Tamarack’s Real Estate. In conjunction with the Resort’s ownership group, Scott is also responsible for the development and implementation of the Resort’s strategic vision for the future.
