Tamarack is refreshingly uncrowded and unpretentious — a 4,400-acre, four-season community in the Idaho West, 90 miles north of Boise. A few days here tell you more than any brochure can. Our Discovery Visit gives prospective Homeowners and Club Members a real feel for the lifestyle and a chance to live it for a few days.
These visits are limited and planned personally by the Tamarack Realty team — reserved for prospective Homeowners and Club Members who want to know the place at its own pace. The best way to understand Tamarack is to spend a few days here: not on a sales tour, but on the mountain, on the water, and at the table with the people who live and work here. No two families spend their time the same way, so no two visits look alike. Tell us what draws you — long ski mornings, a tee time at Osprey Meadows, a day on Lake Cascade, or a conversation about building your own home — and we’ll build the days around it.
Your visit includes a stay in one of our vacation rentals at Tamarack Resort — steps from the lifts, the golf course, the restaurants, and the trailheads. Accommodations range from ski-in, ski-out residences to golf-course homes with room for the whole family.
During your stay, you’ll have full access to The Club at Tamarack — its facilities and its Member events — the same everyday rhythm our Club Members know. The rest of the resort is open to you, too: the mountain, the Robert Trent Jones II–designed Osprey Meadows Golf Course, the marina on Lake Cascade, and The Spa at Tamarack.
Between the mountain and the lake, we’ll walk you through the neighborhoods taking shape across the resort — from maintenance-free townhomes and ski-in, ski-out residences in The Village to golf-course estate homes and custom homesites tucked in the trees. Tamarack is home to more than 500 residences today, with a clear path to full buildout. Wherever you land, you’re getting in early and joining a community at America’s only ski, golf, and lake resort.
We’re proud of what we’ve built over the last five years — the golf course, the Mid-Mountain Lodge, the marina. We’re more excited about what’s coming in the next five. Each addition has set a new floor under the community, and the resort is still early in its story. That’s a rare thing to be able to say.
