On the last Saturday in September, participants will bike, run, or hike up the mountain at Tamarack Resort. Join us for this mental health awareness and suicide prevention event where you can prove you’re “mentally strong”, all for a good cause! This is an event unlike any other! Participants hike, run, or bike up the mountain to the distance of their choosing (up to a max distance of 15 miles, 2,900 ft elevation gain). The real competition is against one’s own self, where you make a goal and set out to achieve it!

"The whole experience at Tamarack is great."
I had no idea what to expect and all aspects exceeded my expectations. All of the locals that we talked to love it as well and shared the same stoke for the report that we were experiencing. Says a lot for the locals to share the positivity with the tourists. For a late season trip, the staffing was light, but everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The lodge at osprey was great! Clean, fresh coffee every morning, awesome hot tub and locker room. A+++++

The village is really nice with a good variety of shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and lastly the drive there is easy, (we drive up from Boise). Overall it is a great resort!
