All Mountain Snow Report

Wednesday, February 20, 2019. It is currently 16F in the base area and 12F degrees at the summit with light winds out of the southwest. We have received 6 inches of cold, blower new snow in the past 24 hours. Today the National Weather Service is forecasting snow and snow showers likely with a high of 18F and a south/southwest wind at 5-10MPH, total daytime accumulations between 1-3 inches.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 5PM this evening. The advisory issued from the Payette Avalanche Center is currently considerable above tree line and moderate near and below tree line. Tamarack has received over 10 feet of new snow this month and there’s still plenty of fresh snow out there.
