Kick off your 4th of July weekend with an epic Splash ‘N’ Dash race at Tamarack Resort on
Friday, July 3rd- Idaho’s Birthday! This unique race combines an open water swim in beautiful
Lake Cascade with a scenic trail run through the mountains for the ultimate summer challenge.

Participants will take on either a 1K open water swim for adults or a 0.5K swim for youth ages
13+, followed by a 5K trail run on Tamarack’s mountain trails. Whether you’re training for the
Cat Track Race at Brundage the following day or gearing up for the Thunder Mountain Days 5K
or 1-Mile Run in Cascade, this is the perfect way to launch an active holiday weekend.

Celebrate Idaho’s birthday with a morning of adventure, community, and mountain energy before
heading into the holiday festivities. Every participant will receive a race-branded T-shirt, swim
cap, medal, and fries at the finish line to toast to Idaho and an unforgettable race day.
Open to participants ages 13 and up. Top finishers in each division will earn 1st–3rd place
medals.

Schedule:

• 7:30AM Packet Pick-up at The Village Grassfront
• 8AM Shuttles to The Tamarack Marina from The Village Grassfront begin
• 8:30AM Race Begins at The Tamarack Marina
• 12PM Finish at The Village Grassfront and award ceremony
