Shred Shed
At Tamarack Resort we believe that it is our role to help get as many people out on the snow as possible. Shred Shed is one of our programs that is designed with this goal in mind.
For just a $20 refundable deposit your child can rent ski or snowboard gear for THE ENTIRE SEASON. Stop by our Shred Shed at Toby’s Place in McCall to be properly fitted for boots, skis, and snowboards and pick up any extra gear needed (jackets, pants, mittens, etc.). Simply return the gear at the end of the season and get your $20 back. The Shred Shed is first come first served so arrive early to ensure that all your child’s needs are met.
The Shred Shed is only possible thanks to generous gear donations from local businesses, brands, and you! Our annual Shred Shed gear drive is starting on November 1, so if you have any gear you aren’t using please consider donating it to the Shred Shed so that someone else can use it.
We are accepting non-indemnified skis, snowboards, poles, boots (ski + snowboards), outerwear, gloves or mittens, and helmets (must be in good condition). Stay tuned for gear drive locations!
