 Join us for a free Halloween movie, Casper, with the Donnelly Library from 6PM – 8PM in the Grange Hall in the Arling Center. This event is free for all to join and get in the holiday spirit, costumes are encouraged. Enjoy complimentary popcorn with more snacks and drinks available for purchase.
