NON-MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT RENTAL (Daily)

Rental fees of kayaks and standup paddleboards include paddles and life jacket. Rentals start at 9am. The last non-motorized rental is at 5pm. PFDs and paddles are included.

MOTORIZED BOAT RENTAL

• Renter must be 18 or older for motorized boats.
• Prices include 1 piece of water sports equipment and personal flotation devices.
• Everyone who will be on the boat or personal water craft must sign a waiver.
• Rentals do not include fuel. Fuel costs: Averages $.50 per gallon above local gas station prices (but subject to change).
• Beaching boats is absolutely prohibited. 
• There is a $7 fee to park in side Poison Creek State Park. Parking passes can be paid for when you enter the parking area by the pavilion, on your way to launch your boat or at the Waterfront Cabana. Use your Idaho State Parks Passport sticker to waive this fee.
• 2 Hour rentals may only be reserved within 72 hours of use time.

Jet Ski Rentals

All Personal Watercraft operators must be at least 18 years of age and must watch the PWC safety video prior to operation

Zipline Tour Details

• Each tour includes 8 ziplines and 2 suspension bridges

Q: Do I need to have prior experience to Zipline?
A: No, your zipline guides will give you an orientation and lead you through each zipline to make sure you have a great experience.

Q: How long does the zipline tour take?
A: For a group of 8 guests, the zipline course should take approximately 4 hours. For a group of 2 guests, the tour should take approximately 2 hours.

Q: Do I need to be in good shape for this activity?
A: You will have to be physically fit enough to hike approximately 1.5 miles downhill between zipline platforms.

Q: Can I bring my own equipment?
A: No! For safety reasons, all equipment for the zipline adventure is provided, except closed-toe shoes, which will be required.

Q: How many people can go together on a trip?
A: Each zipline tour is limited to 8 people.

Q: What should I bring along for the trip?
A: Tamarack provides a helmet, top of the line harness and trolley system. You provide sturdy hiking shoes and a thirst for adventure. Small light backpacks are fine. You will be on the mountain and it can be subject to quick weather changes. Check the weather forecast before you go, dress and prepare accordingly. You may also want to bring extra water.

Q: Is tipping allowed or expected?
A: It is customary to tip your zipline guides 10%, if they did a good job and you had a great time. Tips are appreciated.

Q: If I have a winter season pass do I get a discount?
A: Unfortunately no, the price is $119 daily and 20% off if you book in a group of 6 or more.

Axe Throwing Experiences

• $30 per person
• Open Noon to 6:00pm
• Minimum of 2 participants
• Groups larger than 8 can book the entire Axe Throwing Arena $240 per hour, please call Guided Services at 208.325.1029

Q: Do I need to have prior experience to axe throw?
A: No, there will be a brief orientation at the beginning of your axe throwing experience where you will be shown the proper way to throw the axe to make sure you have a great experience.

Q: Can I bring my own axes?
A: No, only axes supplied by Tamarack Axe Throwing will be permitted. Expection: competitors in the Axe Throwing League may bring their own axes.

Q: How many people can throw in a lane?
A: Each lane is limited to 4 people.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Tamarack requires everyone wear closed-toed shoes while in the axe throwing arena. Sturdy hiking shoes are available if needed.

Q: Can my kids participate
A: Kids 12 to 17 are allowed to participate provided a guardian or parent is present.

Q: What are the rules?
A: The rules will be explained during a brief orientation at the beginning of your axe throwing experience. Suggested gameplay will be available to choose from to make sure you have a great experience.

Q: Can we bring our own food and beverage?
A: Outside food or beverage is not allowed. Table-side service will be available from The Reserve. Food and beverage purchased within the Village at Tamarack is allowed in the arena.

Q: If I have a Boundless Pass do I get a discount?
A: Unfortunately no, the price is $30 for 1 hour, per person.

White Water Rafting In Idaho

White Water Rafting Adventures

Full-Day White Water Rafting Trip

• May through mid-September
• Full day, guided white water trip

• Trip length: 11 miles
• Includes round trip transportation, delicious riverside lunch, personal flotation device and rafting paddle

A: You will have to be physically fit enough to do short bursts of paddling and the ability to swim in case you fall from the raft.

Q: If I have a winter season pass do I get a discount?
A: Unfortunately no, the price remains the same for white water rafting trips.

Q: What should I bring along for the raft trip?
A: Tamarack provides a raft, guide, transportation to and from the river, personal flotation devices and paddles.  You should wear shoes or sandals. Small backpacks with towels or dry clothes can be left in the shuttle and available for you when you get off the river.

Q: Is tipping the rafting guide allowed or expected?
A:  It is customary to tip your guides 10%, if they did a good job and you had a great time. Tips are appreciated.
