The catering and events team at Tamarack Resort is with you every step of the way in securing venues, selecting menus, booking lodging and suggesting activities for your wedding guests. If you’re interested in more detailed planning, vendor management and hands-on, day-of coordination, working with a wedding planner is encouraged.
Catering for Tamarack Resort weddings is all provided by the amazing chefs on staff. Couples will hand-select hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert menus at a private tasting with the head chef and server.

With a variety of vacation rental options on-site, your wedding guests can choose from a mix of luxury accommodations. From cottages with private hot tubs and newly-constructed condos in the heart of the village to estate homes that can sleep up to 12 guests, the resort truly offers something for everyone.
When you book a wedding at Tamarack Resort, the events team will help you create a custom vacation rental block based on the size of your wedding and the styles of lodging that will work best for you and your guests. Most on-resort vacation rental options, with the exception of estate homes, are within walking distance* of the wedding venues. ADA accessible lodging is also available near the wedding venue.
*Townhomes are located on the opposite side of the property and may not be considered walking distance for all guests, however guests may utilize the resort’s dial-a-ride service for transportation on the property.
In addition to hosting your ceremony and reception, Tamarack Resort can also accommodate rehearsal dinners (and even bachelor and bachelorette parties, bridal luncheons and more). Reach out to our team to explore all of the options for you and your wedding party.
For a more traditional rehearsal dinner, ask the wedding coordination team about the newly-remodeled Fern & Feather, located across the parking lot from the Arling Center with equally stunning views. Or opt for a laid back vibe and visit one of the many food and beverage options at Tamarack Resort.
Traditional wedding season coincides perfectly with all of the summer activities at Tamarack Resort. When they aren’t toasting to the happy couple, wedding guests can set out on adventures for all activity levels or just soak in the natural beauty of the mountain and lake views.
Fall, although a quieter season at the resort, offers guests the chance to experience the magic of the tamarack trees (the resort’s namesake) and aspens turning from green to gold.
And, of course, winter weddings at Tamarack Resort come with the added perk of trying out skiing and snowboarding as well as other winter wonderland adventures for you and your guests.
