Philosophy

Basecamp’s philosophy centers on intentional learning through outdoor exploration and teamwork. Children are encouraged to build resilience and confidence through structured challenges, to develop meaningful relationships with peers and staff, and to engage in age-appropriate activities that foster independence and self-esteem

The program is designed to support Tamarack Resort’s guests, with a focus on creating a vibrant, family-friendly mountain lifestyle.

While exact pricing may vary by season and program, here are general guidelines:

Full-Day : 10AM – 5/6PM
Half-Day : 10am-2pm, 2pm-5/6pm Morning sessions include lunch; afternoon sessions do not

Reservations can be made online. Early booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons.

What to Bring

To ensure your child has a safe and enjoyable experience, please pack:

Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, jackets, hats, gloves)
Extra set of clothing
Water bottle
Comfortable indoor shoes and snow boots for outdoor activities
Any necessary comfort items removed medications, we do not give medication.
Diapers and wipes (for infants and toddlers)
Infant necessities (bottles, formula, etc.)

Meals Provided

Lunch and snacks are included for full-day and morning half-day sessions
Afternoon half-day sessions do not include lunch
Meals are designed to be kid-friendly and nutritious
