Meet TOM Horvath

VP of Real estate sales

Tom began his real estate career in San Francisco in 1981, quickly rising to Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, and the youngest Vice President in the history of Fuller Commercial Brokerage (now Colliers). After leading a Marcus & Millichap office to 400% revenue growth and launching his own firm, he transitioned into luxury resort sales with Lahontan, North Lake Tahoe’s first private golf community, where he became IMI’s worldwide top producer in 2000.

Over the past three decades, Tom has led record-setting sales efforts at some of the West’s premier master-planned communities, including Tumble Creek in Washington and Bay Creek in Virginia.

Now serving as Director of Sales at Tamarack, he brings a passion for building awareness, driving growth, and fostering community. Drawn to Tamarack’s stunning natural beauty, unmatched year-round amenities, and thoughtfully executed vision, Tom is confident the resort is on the cusp of becoming one of the most extraordinary mountain destinations in the country.
