Excellent Skiing Conditions

Look to find some great corn snow out there today. Temperatures dropped overnight, and with the sunny warm forecast we should see excellent spring conditions. This weekend join us for the State of Idaho Pond Skimming Championship. The festivities will be this Saturday. As always visit

Nordic Trails

Last grooming of the Nordic trails was Tuesday, March 21 and the next grooming is scheduled for Friday, March 24. We have two loops totaling about a mile and another access point to Discovery BUA units and estate homes. Also groomed behind Design Plaza for snowmobile access to the offices and groomed out to West Mountain road for smooth snowmobile access from the lake.

There is also another connecting loop on the Eagle and Osprey trails at the far end of the system, in addition we connected Discovery and Sugar Loaf to neighborhood trail access. There is no classic track at this time. Go check it out for a awesome price of $9. Stay with Tamarack and get a passport and use it on the Nordic trial to go for free. The best way to access the trails is from the lower patio at the Lodge.

Terrain Parks

Homestead Terrain Park Update: you first can drop into a 30′ Flatbar then hit 20′ and 30′ jumps. Then skiers left you have tear drop and a Flat down Flat and skiers right you have 30′ double barrel and C-box.

Upper Homestead is now open with a 20′ jump then you can choose from a mailbox on a spine to the left or go right and hit the 15′ flat box.

Discovery Terrain Park has one line consisting of 3 jumps.

We love to see your photos! So show us some love on social media by #tamfam

Remember Tamarack is where the powder goes to get away from the skiers!
