Good Morning Tamarack!
This is Linnea with Patrol and your 6:30 A.M. weather report for Sunday, January 4th, it is currently 36 degrees in the base area and 28 degrees at the summit. Last night we accumulated 4″ at mid and 7″ at summit! As for today’s weather you can expect a high of 37 degrees at the base and 30 degrees at summit. South southwest winds coming in today with at 18-24 mph with gusts up to 34mph. Summit will be seeing 100% chance of precipitation with an estimated accumulation of 5 inches. While the base area is expected to experience showers as the precipitation of the day due to the warmer temps. Fresh turns can be found up top today, but don’t forget that those early season conditions still exist. Ski and ride safe out there and enjoy this storm!
