Full-Time, Year-Round Roles

Lodging & Group Sales Coordinator

Our Lodging & Group Sales Manager will handle all wedding and corporate meeting sales and setup.  Additionally, this position acts as a key team member in our lodging organization to backup our Lodging Manager and fill key duties in owner accounting and department purchasing.  This position is perfect for a dedicated, self-starter who wants to grow in the lodging division and greater organization.  This position is full-time, year-round with health/dental/vision benefits and a commission on sales.

Lift Mechanic

Tamarack Resort is seeking a lift mechanic to join our team.  This position is a full-time, year round position that includes benefits including health, dental, vision and paid time off.  The position involves working on all aspects of chairlifts including scheduled preventative and routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and in-season operations and repairs,  Work requires being outside in a variety of weather conditions, operating an ATV, and occasionally working at heights.

 

Summer Seasonal Roles

Waterfront Deckhand

Spend your days on the water and in the sun at the Waterfront Cabana.  Located on Lake Cascade, the Waterfront Cabana rents non-motorized and motorized watercraft for guests to enjoy.  As a deckhand, you’ll rent boats, coach guests on their use and help them get out on the water for a fun and safe day on the water.  This is a full-time position.

Bartender

Tamarack is seeking a bartender for Seven Devils during the summer season.  This person will interact with customers, homeowners and fellow employees in a fun and fast-paced environment.  Our bartenders can expect to meet bikers, adventure seekers and guests from around the nation all at the resort for enjoyment.  Of course, this position can enjoy generous gratuities when service is delivered in an exceptional way!

Line Cook

Our line cooks get the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our accomplished chef, Dana Brizee, in a face-paced kitchen.  Our diverse menu is always changing and there are opportunities to learn and grow in this professional kitchen.  Qualified candidates will have some experience in a kitchen with the willingness to learn new techniques and work in all parts of the kitchen.

Server

Our servers at Seven Devils work in a fast-paced environment serving both inside and in our outdoor dining patio.  Our guests are enthusiastic, outdoorsy and eco-connected – a great combination for a vibrant and outdoor restaurant.  Shifts are available for breakfast, lunch  and dinner.  The restaurant is open Monday-Friday for dinner and Saturday and Sundays for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Winter Seasonal Roles

Terrain Parks Manager

Tamarack is seeking a Terrain Parks Manager who can oversee the building and maintenance of the terrain parks, along with a small team of terrain park attendants.  The Terrain Park Manager will create several parks of various sizes to accommodate different ability levels.  This person will create parks and terrain-based learning areas that are fun, engaging and unique.  This person will have have budgetary responsibilities and close ties with the mountain operations, base services, marketing, grooming and snowmaking departments.  This position will begin in November with feature maintenance and supporting the snowmaking team, then move into full-time terrain park operations upon the opening of ski operations.  All candidates must have snowcat driving experience, and an ideal candidate will have previous terrain park building experience.  This position is currently listed as a full-time, winter position, but could have a full-time, year-round component if the applicant has the interest and ability in building in the downhill bike park.
