Employee Housing

Employee housing is available for winter 2017/18.  Employee housing is allocated for certain departments and to support employees relocating to Tamarack for key seasonal positions.  For more details on housing, please contact or 208-325-1028.

Free Winter Daycare

Employee with children 4 and younger can enjoy free daycare.  This service is based on availability (reservations required) from 8-5pm on weekends and holidays.

Year-Round Positions

Lodging Porter

Tamarack Lodging Company is looking for a porter to join our team. This person will be performing security checks on homes, changing light bulbs, checking Wi-Fi and TV connections, changing batteries in remotes and checking and maintaining hot tubs. In addition to assisting housekeeping with running bins, trash, firewood, and delivering guest supplies. During slower this position will assist with snow removal as needed around the resort.

Front Desk Agent

First impressions are everything.  As a Front Desk Agent with Replay Tamarack you have the opportunity to provide a welcoming experience like no other. Your personalized greeting, care in guest room selection, and knowledge of the Resort will ensure our Guest have a lasting memory of their visit. The shift available is afternoon & evenings for 25 to 35 hours a week depending on season.

Summer Seasonal Roles

Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

The Grounds Maintenance supervisor will be responsible for base area maintenance, irrigation and landscaping.  This position will make sure that all base area surroundings are safe and are properly maintained for guests to enjoy.  The position will do general landscaping including mowing and trimming trees, bushes and brush.  Painting, building maintenance and light carpentry will also be a part of this position.

Zipline Guides

Our zipline guides tour guests across our zipline canopy tour – the #1 tour in Idaho.  Our guides do not need any past experience as we will train your through our rigorous coaching program.  Guides do need the ability to hike for several hours and be ready to zip across lines 100 feet or more in the air.  Of course, a good attitude and interest in close interaction with guests is required!

CDL Driver

We are looking for a person with a fun and upbeat person to drive our rafting bus this summer.  This person will drive (and possibly entertain!) guests to and from the Payette River on our daily river raft trips.  A commercial drivers license is required to drive our 14 passenger van.

Winter Seasonal Roles

Lift Operator

Starting at $10.50/hr plus bonus – Our winter lift operators run our 6 chairlifts and become the faces of the resort.  These employees interact with guests while operating our chairlifts in a fun, outdoor environment.  This job also offers flexibility for those who love winter including ski breaks on powder days!

Plus, all lift operators are eligible for a season end bonus!  Operators can earn an additional $.50 per hour worked at the end of the season if the operator completes the winter in good standing!







Dish Prep

You will be responsible for cleaning all restaurant wares, while learning how to prepare food items according to standard recipes with supervision, while maintaining an organized and clean work station.
