Free Winter Daycare
Employee with children 4 and younger can enjoy free daycare. This service is based on availability (reservations required) from 8-5pm on weekends and holidays.

Summer Seasonal Roles
Our Waterfront Supervisor will oversee the our Waterfront Cabana on Lake Cascade. This position will help manage the Waterfront Attendant team, and be a key leader along with Waterfront Manager. This person will help guests in all aspects of the business including renting motorized and non-motorized boats, point-of-sale operation and retail merchandising. For those who love the sun and sand… this position is for you. This is a full-time positions and applicants must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record.
Our waterfront attendants work at the Waterfront Cabana on Lake Cascade. They help guests with rentals of all kinds including motorized boats, kayaks and paddleboards. These employee will also refuel boats, help with docking boats and will move boats via truck and trailer daily. This is a great job for those who would love to spend their summer in the sun and on the beach. These are full-time positions and applicants must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record.
We are seeking both full-time and part-time housekeepers. Our housekeepers work in teams to clean the beautiful homes around the resort. This is a social, fun and fast-paced work environment. Best of all, our housekeepers enjoy the security of steady hours throughout all seasons with just small fluctuations of hours in shoulder seasons.
Our lodging division is seeking both full-time and part-time laundry attendants (morning, afternoon and evening shifts available). Our laundry attendants sort, clean and fold linens to help support the housekeepers that are cleaning homes throughout the resort.
Lodging Porter / Hot Tub Maintenance
Our lodging division is seeking a full-time lodging porter. The porter plays a key role in ensuring our lodging is ready for guests. The porter inspects lodging units, monitors interior temperatures in units, shuttles equipment and supplies to housekeepers, and does some small repairs including hot tub maintenance.
We are seeking a front desk agent for our lodging division. This position would work afternoons and evenings for 30-35 hours per week. Applicants should have strong computer and phone skills and be ready to interact with guests in a cordial and upbeat manner. The front desk staff works in the beautiful Lodge at Osprey Meadows in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Bike Park Trail Crew & Lift Operations
The Bike Park Trail Crew and Lift Operators will have the dual role of building and maintaining the bike park trails, and then help operate the lift and load bikes for guests to enjoy the trails. The position starts with utilizing hand tools and machines to build and maintain bike tails to the IMBA standards of design and maintenance. Then, on weekends during the summer, this position will help load the chairlift with people and bikes to give access to the bike park… and all the great trails you’ve built throughout the week!
Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
The Grounds Maintenance supervisor will be responsible for base area maintenance, irrigation and landscaping. This position will make sure that all base area surroundings are safe and are properly maintained for guests to enjoy. The position will do general landscaping including mowing and trimming trees, bushes and brush. Painting, building maintenance and light carpentry will also be a part of this position.
Our zipline guides tour guests across our zipline canopy tour – the #1 tour in Idaho. Our guides do not need any past experience as we will train your through our rigorous coaching program. Guides do need the ability to hike for several hours and be ready to zip across lines 100 feet or more in the air. Of course, a good attitude and interest in close interaction with guests is required!
We are looking for a person with a fun and upbeat person to drive our rafting bus this summer. This person will drive (and possibly entertain!) guests to and from the Payette River on our daily river raft trips. A commercial drivers license is required to drive our 14 passenger van.
Winter Seasonal Roles
Our winter lift operators run our 6 chairlifts and become the faces of the resort. These employees interact with guests while operating our chairlifts in a fun, outdoor environment. This job also offers flexibility for those who love winter including ski breaks on powder days!
You will be responsible for cleaning all restaurant wares, while learning how to prepare food items according to standard recipes with supervision, while maintaining an organized and clean work station.
