Lodging & Group Sales Coordinator

Our Lodging and Group Sales Coordinator supports our lodging division in various ways.  This person helps with supply orders, managing the online booking engine and supporting the Lodging Manager as needed.  Additionally, this person works with brides to book wedding space and their associated lodging needs.  Plus, this person works to develop our association and corporate meeting business.  This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits and a sales bonus program.

Front Desk

We are seeking a front desk agent for our lodging division.  This position would work afternoons and evenings for 30-35 hours per week.  Applicants should have strong computer and phone skills and be ready to interact with guests in a cordial and upbeat manner.  The front desk staff works in the beautiful Lodge at Osprey Meadows in a fun and fast-paced environment.

 

Summer Seasonal Roles

CDL Driver

Our team is looking for a part-time CDL driver to help support our rafting business.  Our driver will need a CDL driver’s license to transport guests to and from our stretch of the Payette River.  This is an enjoyable position that interacts with guests before and after an exhilarating day on the river.

Line Cook

Our line cooks get the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our accomplished chef, Dana Brizee, in a face-paced kitchen.  Our diverse menu is always changing and there are opportunities to learn and grow in this professional kitchen.  Qualified candidates will have some experience in a kitchen with the willingness to learn new techniques and work in all parts of the kitchen.

Server

Our servers at Seven Devils work in a fast-paced environment serving both inside and in our outdoor dining patio.  Our guests are enthusiastic, outdoorsy and eco-connected – a great combination for a vibrant and outdoor restaurant.  Shifts are available for breakfast, lunch  and dinner.  The restaurant is open Monday-Friday for dinner and Saturday and Sundays for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Restaurant Housekeeping

Our food and beverage operation is looking for a part-time housekeeper to clean our restaurants and bathrooms for the summer of 2018.  This is a part-time position that will work during the morning hours from May through September.

Dish Prep

You will be responsible for cleaning all restaurant wares, while learning how to prepare food items according to standard recipes with supervision, while maintaining an organized and clean work station.

Waterfront Supervisor

Our Waterfront Supervisor will oversee the our Waterfront Cabana on Lake Cascade.  This position will help manage the Waterfront Attendant team, and be a key leader along with Waterfront Manager.  This person will  help guests in all aspects of the business including renting motorized and non-motorized boats, point-of-sale operation and retail merchandising.  For those who love the sun and sand… this position is for you.   This is a full-time positions and applicants must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record.

Waterfront Attendant

Our waterfront attendants work at the Waterfront Cabana on Lake Cascade.  They help guests with rentals of all kinds including motorized boats, kayaks and paddleboards.  These employee will also refuel boats, help with docking boats and will move boats via truck and trailer daily.  This is a great job for those who would love to spend their summer in the sun and on the beach.  These are full-time positions and applicants must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record.

Housekeeping

We are seeking both full-time and part-time housekeepers.  Our housekeepers work in teams to clean the beautiful homes around the resort.  This is a social, fun and fast-paced work environment.  Best of all, our housekeepers enjoy the security of steady hours throughout all seasons with just small fluctuations of hours in shoulder seasons.

Laundry Attendant

Our lodging division is seeking both full-time and part-time laundry attendants (morning, afternoon and evening shifts available).  Our laundry attendants sort, clean and fold linens to help support the housekeepers that are cleaning homes throughout the resort.

Zipline Guides

Our zipline guides tour guests across our zipline canopy tour – the #1 tour in Idaho.  Our guides do not need any past experience as we will train your through our rigorous coaching program.  Guides do need the ability to hike for several hours and be ready to zip across lines 100 feet or more in the air.  Of course, a good attitude and interest in close interaction with guests is required!

Residential Landscaping Lead 

The Tamarack Homeowners Association is looking for an individual who enjoys working outside and maintaining the beautiful landscaping around our residential neighborhoods.  As a Residential Landscaping Lead, you are responsible for mowing, trimming and raking the native landscape, which surrounds the homes at Tamarack.  Sweeping roofs, patios, walkways and neighborhood roads is also a key responsibility. Exterior Window Cleaning Lead

Tamarack’s Window Cleaning Lead is responsible for fulfilling 16 plus window cleaning projects each week.  Our window cleaning department uses state of the art equipment, which ensures both efficient operations along with a spot free end product.  We are seeking an individual who enjoys big daily accomplishments and has a keen eye for detail.  Contact Ray Orsatti at rorsatti@tmaidaho.com to apply.
