A Message From the General Manager

On May 1, I was lucky enough to become a new team member at Tamarack. I was previously the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Telluride, but when the opportunity arose to lead a resort with such great potential – it was an opportunity I couldn’t resist.

Since my first day on the job, I’ve been overwhelmed by the number of people who have enjoyed a positive experience at Tamarack over the years.   I hadn’t spent much time in Idaho prior to accepting this position, but since moving here I’ve been impressed with the activities, people and positive vibe that exists in Cascade, Donnelly and McCall.  I’ve been approached everywhere, from coffee shops to the Boise airport, by people who want to talk about Tamarack and its exciting future.  My wife (Sara), son (Remy, 6) and daughter (Harlow, 3) have all enjoyed our first few months in Valley County.

As the new General Manager, I have an opportunity to help build awareness about all the good happening in our communities.  Right here at Tamarack things such as our new Waterfront Cabana, the Huckleberry Jam Music Festival and the resurgence of mountain biking are all helping the resort build momentum toward the future.

We’ve begun this quarterly community newsletter to help keep the locals up-to-date on all the happenings at Tamarack.  I hope our neighbors will see the resort maintaining a positive direction and enjoy success along with us.

Please take a look at our newsletter and feel free to reach out to me if you have thoughts about the resort.

Best Regards,

Brad Larsen
