Tamarack Municipal Association

The Tamarack Municipal Association (TMA) is the master property owner's association for the resort. TMA provides municipal services to the entire resort community. In addition, TMA will provide services for the Whitewater neighborhood, which, under the Bylaws of the TMA, will be a neighborhood of the greater resort community. We have included in the Property Selection Kit for your reference a list of TMA Frequently Asked Questions to assist you in your review of the TMA governing documents included in this section of the Property Selection Kit.

The TMA has many important objectives – not the least of which is to assure that the extraordinarily high level of quality and consistency in the resort's residential areas is maintained according to policies and support services that are consistently applied. We continue to refine and enhance our communications to make it even easier for you to stay current with resort developments as well as items of specific interest to those of us who share the common elements of the resort throughout the year.

Homeowners will receive monthly newsletters as well as quarterly communications to streamline and document activities, such as scheduled maintenance. As part of this process, you will receive a letter outlining the services that have been completed in the Village to date as well as any services that are scheduled for the next quarter. We believe this will help our homeowners understand what is being accomplished in their neighborhood and in the common elements of the resort throughout the season.

 

Property Management

Tamarack's comprehensive Property Management Program was developed after an in-depth analysis of the upscale lodging industry, including extensive consultations with industry experts and on-site inspections of the finest resort accommodations in the nation.

We have devised and incorporated the best tools available to maximize your rental income while protecting your real estate investment. Our professional services include not only a dedicated central reservations system, rental-rate analysis and pricing structures, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and accounting services but also an expertly devised, targeted marketing campaign to help assure a ready market for Tamarack properties available for rental.

 

Tamarack Video & Telcom

One of the many things that makes Tamarack Resort a special place is the ideal blend of a quietly elegant retreat and high technology. Our experts at Tamarack Video & Telecom (TVT) – a wholly owned subsidiary of Tamarack Resort – have taken care to ensure that your time here can be facilitated by high-speed Internet access and wireless capabilities as well as other technology services that will allow you to be as connected as you wish to business and those close to you during your time at Tamarack.

Tamarack has built a technologically advanced infrastructure that keeps the resort on the cutting edge as technology continues to evolve. All Tamarack homes include a state-of-the-art audio/video system with surround sound, 60-channel satellite television, and a Tamarack-based, video-on-demand server (delivered through the fiber-to-the-home [FTTH] network) that features recently released movies. TVT provides other capabilities including the Mitel communications, giving our residents a convenient, single point of contact for telephone, data, cable, and other enhanced services. These services require a monthly subscription fee. Additional voice-over-Internet protocol (VOIP) phones and other options are also available to enable homeowners to further customize their homes' technology packages.
