The Rocky Mountain States Hillclimb Associations presents the Tamarack Hillclimb April 7 & 8.

Tamarack provides a unique event for a RMSHA race.  This venue has all the lodging and dining within close proximity to the race venue.  Plus, the venue will offer a chairlift for spectators to ride high above the race course and view the race course from above.

On-Site Lodging:
Tamarack Resort offers lodging options from hotel rooms to 5-bedroom homes – all within close proximity to the snowmobile race venue.   All lodging guests staying with us have access to the amenities in the Lodge at Osprey Meadows including the outdoor hot tub, fitness center and free wifi in the lobby.

Parking:
There will be plenty of parking for both trailers and guest vehicles at Tamarack.  Additionally, if parking the resort’s overflow lots are required, a shuttle will be dispatched to help move guests to and from the race venue.

Venue:
The race venue will be located in close proximity to parking, lodging and restaurants.

Venue Fee:
There is no parking or venue fee.

Lift Access:
A chairlift will be operating on Saturday and Sunday which will give spectators a rare vie of the race.  Guests can purchase access to the lift for $15 for one-day, or $20 for a 2-day pass (for ages 7 and up, kids 6 and under are free).  The race course will travel directly below the lift, and chairlift access gives you unlimited trips during the day to watch the race from above.  Tickets for the chairlift can be purchased in the Sports Dome.

There is no skis or snowboards allowed and no winter or summer season passes will be honored. 

*No infants, no children in backpacks and no dogs allowed on the lift.  No guest will be allowed on the lift without a valid ticket.

Dining:
There are several dining options available at Tamarack Resort.

Hot Shots Café:   Hot Shots Café located in the Sports Dome, directly next to the race venue, is open from 7am to 4pm daily with quick breakfast, lunch, coffee and beer & wine.

Canoe Grill – The Canoe Grill is located directly next to the race venue and seats 200 people.  This location sells quick service items from a grill and wok, and is an excellent location to get a fast bite to eat.  This location also has the Vertical Bar for a cocktail or beer.  This location begins serving at 10am.

Seven Devils – Seven Devils is a full-service restaurant and bar that begins serving at 11am.  This venue is open into the night and will surely be the gather spot for post-race celebrations.
